THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT & CONSULTATION
When you first contact us—via telephone or email—we will set up a time to review with you the nature of the project and how best we can help. A visit to the site will follow this initial conversation, at which time the size and scope of the job will be assessed, as well as the practical and aesthetic details. Some clients are very clear on what they want, while other clients may recognize the need for change, but are seeking some measure of artistic guidance. We are here to help you realize your dreams and by involving you in the development of a plan, you will feel confident in the knowledge that you are in good hands.
THE ESTIMATE
Following a visit to the site, a detailed estimate will be provided, in which every component of the job—including a breakdown of all costs—will be itemized. Decisions that were made relating to restoration, reparation, materials, colour, sheen and product line will be identified, as well as the expected duration of the project. Unless you, the client, make other decisions once the project is underway, our estimate will remain firm; no change to cost will occur without the client’s approval. Coming in within your budget is very important to us!
